Micro clone with ATmega32u4 controller. This advanced chip includes built-in USB communication. Therefore, the controller can be operated as a HID device (such as a mouse or keyboard) as well as a virtual COM interface.
The card is connected to a computer with a simple USB cable. This connection allows two-way communication while powering the controller. This makes it easy to enter the world of microprocessors. The special Micro design allows the controller to be connected to a circuit board. The connection to 20 input / output pins (of which 7 can be used as PWM and 12 as analog inputs) is therefore very clear. A 16 MHz processor and 32 Kb of flash memory (4 KB of which is occupied by the bootloader) are a sufficient resource for large projects.
